Grievance redressal
A grievance about admission, fees, examinations, staff conduct or facilities may be submitted in writing to the grievance redressal officer at the college office, or sent by email. Put your name, enrollment number and programme on the complaint so it can be traced and answered.
Every written grievance is acknowledged and answered. If the matter is not resolved at the college, it may be taken to the affiliating university.
